Terms of Service — Japhet's Wings

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using platforms, software APIs, or digital services operated by Japhet's Wings ("Japhet's Wings"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Enterprise software platforms, payment switches, and core digital banking engines operate under defined Service Level Agreements specifying 99.99% system availability, continuous threat monitoring, and zero-trust data protection.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All technology architecture, custom algorithms, proprietary AI models, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive intellectual property of Japhet's Wings.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and applicable regional regulatory frameworks across East Africa.
